These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of industrial equipment provided by S.M.A.S. ENTERPRISES. By accepting a quotation or issuing a purchase order, the Buyer agrees to be bound by the following:
The provisions herein apply to all products and services offered, including but not limited to Air Compressors, Pressure Vessels, Compressed Air Dryers, Compressed Air Filters, Chillers, and associated accessories or equipment.
Price Basis: All prices are quoted on an Ex-Warehouse basis
Freight: Costs associated with shipping and transit are excluded from the net price and shall be charged as Extra
Packaging & Forwarding (P&F): A standard P&F charge of 3% shall be applied to the order value
Goods and Services Tax (GST): GST is applicable at a rate of 18% and is additional to the quoted net price
Advance Requirement: Execution of the order is subject to 100% advance payment by the Buyer
Remittance Details: Payments must be made via the provided QR Code or via electronic transfer to the following account:

Standard Products: Delivery is typically estimated within 1 week from the date of receipt of the confirmed order and advance payment
Custom Orders: Please note that Special Purpose Machinery, custom orders, or infrequent and/or irregular parts or accessories may invite longer lead times than standard stock items
Standard Coverage: Equipment is covered by a limited warranty for a period of 12 months
